Blog 2: The Sequel

Hello again and welcome, again. Well loads of things have changed since the last blog, I've graduated, quit Hoggies, got my licence, found a host family, found out the departure date and, no that's about it really. Oh, and schoolies, I went to schoolies. However, since this is a blog about my marvellous French journey, I will stick to the French side of things. I was first told of my host family on the Thursday before I graduated. They live in a small town in the south of France, Saint Quentin La Poterie. We have communicated and exchanged e-mail addresses. I have also learned of my departure date: Boxing Day. The French Consulate have also issued me with a visa, it's valid for 11 months, which means that by early to mid-November 2008 I'll be back in Bris Vegas; or I would have left France at least.
